Morrison Garden Club is currently planning for filling and decorating planters on Main Street, in preparation for the Christmas Walk and throughout the Christmas season.
We desperately need donations of various types of conifers to fill those pots. If you are planning to do pruning of any type of “green” conifer evergreens (white pine, spruces, cedar, etc), would you consider donating the trimmed items to our group? Donations will be needed by Wednesday, November 20, 2019.
We can pick-up of manageable size branches.
Also, we would love some Curly Willow branches and Red or Yellow Twig Dogwood prunings. They add great contrast in the planters!
If you would like to join our group in this fun project of filling the planters, please do! We plan to meet Thursday, November 21, at 9:00 a.m. The Main Street location will be determined at a later date.
