October 7 Sheriff’s Office Report

These arrests are merely a charge, and he/she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

On 10-01-19 at 11:35 p.m., Torry O. Simmons, age 42 of Clinton, IA, was stopped on U. S. Route 30 at the Mississippi River for an equipm.nt violation.  He was cited for No Valid Driver’s License, Inoperative Rear Registration Light, and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.  Fulton Police and Midwest Towing assisted on scene.

On 10-02-19 at 1:00 a.m., Cami M. Johnson, age 26 of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped for an equipment violation on U. S. Route 30 near Creamery Road, Morrison, IL.  She was cited for No Valid Driver’s License and released on bond.

On 10-02-19 at 1:25 a.m., James A. Geerts, age 40 of Morrison, IL, was stopped in Morrison by Deputies for tinted windows.  He was cited for Tinted Windows and No Valid Driver’s License.  Morrison Police and Illinois State Police assisted on scene.

On 10-02-19 at 2:47 a.m., Michael A. Hubbard, age 25 of Clinton, IA, was stopped by Deputies on U. S. Route 30 and Round Grove Road for an equipment violation.  Hubbard was cited for Expired Registration Sticker, No Valid Driver’s License, and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.  Hunter’s Towing assisted on scene.

On 10/4/19 at 9:36 p.m., Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of U. S. Route 30 and 5th Ave, Rock Falls, IL, for no front driver’s side headlight.  Upon further investigation, Tammie Trumbla, age 34 of Rock Falls, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine under five Grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Hypodermic Needles.  Tammie was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where she was processed and held in lieu of bond.  Rock Falls Police Department and Williams’ Towing assisted on scene.

On 10/5/19 at 10:04 p.m., Whiteside County Deputies observed a male subject walking on IL Route 40 at Interstate 88 in violation of State statute.  Upon further investigation, Clint Pyron, age 41 of Rock Falls, IL, was arrested on a valid Whiteside County Warrant for a Probation Violation, Possession of Methamphetamine Under five Grams, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Clint was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he was processed and held in lieu of bond.

On 10-06-19 at 12:14 a.m., Mclane S. Bellows, age 33 of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped speeding on IL Route 40 near Summerdale Road.  He was arrested and cited for two counts of DUI and Speeding 68/55 MPH.  He was processed at the Sterling Police Department before he was released on bond.  Slim-n-Hank’s Towing assisted on scene. 

On 10-06-19 at 10:58 p.m., a 17-year-old Male from Sterling, IL, was stopped by Deputies on IL Route 40 north of Sterling for speeding.  He was cited for Speeding 72/55 MPH and No Valid Driver’s License-Graduated Driver Curfew Violation.  He was released to his mother.
