These arrests are Merely a charge, and he/she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
On 9-22-19, at 8:50 p.m., Whiteside County Deputies responded to a reported shots fired call on Yeoward Street, rural Rock Falls, IL. Upon their investigation, Kye M. Parker, age 25 of Rock Falls, was arrested and remanded to the Whiteside County Jail, on charges of Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm as well as Aggravated Assault with a Firearm. The investigation is pending. Subsequently, during the investigation, Dustin A. Manon, age 32 also of Rock Falls, had an outstanding Whiteside County Warrant for Failure to Appear-Driving While License Suspended. Manon later posted bond and was released with a future court date. Lastly, Daveon Lucas, age 19 of Chicago, IL, was arrested on a Cook County Warrant for Weapon Offenses. Lucas was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail on the warrant, pending extradition to Cook County. Illinois State Police, Illinois State Police Crime Scene Investigators, and Rock Falls Police all assisted on scene.
