September 10 Sheriff’s Office Accident Report

On 09/10/19 at approximately 3:00 p.m., the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a single-vehicle roll over on Round Grove Road, about .25 miles north of Ward Road in Morrison, IL.  A Tanker Truck hauling diesel and gasoline, driven by Walter C. Arthurs, 59, overturned while traveling south bound on Round Grove Road.  The driver sustained minor injuries; he was treated and released at the scene.  Arthurs was cited for Too Fast for Conditions.  The Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by Morrison Fire and EMS, Johnson’s Towing, and Mount Pleasant Township.
