Dorothea L. Schroeder, 98, of Lyndon, IL, died Wednesday, August 7, 2019, at her home in Lyndon.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established by the family.
Dorothea was born June 14, 1921, in Lyndon to Albert W. and Hattie (Rosenow) Schroeder. She attended Lyndon schools. She farmed on the family farm all her life and also sold real estate. She was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Morrison, IL. Dorothea loved to travel.
Survivors include many cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, William and Edward Schroeder.
Her funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 10, 2019, at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home, preceded by a visitation from 9:30 until the time of the service.
Interment will be in Grove Hill Cemetery in Morrison, IL.
