Pickleball is a paddle sport using a paddle and a wiffle ball, created for anyone eight to eighty+ and with all skill levels. Rules are simple, and the game is easy for beginners to learn.
Pickleball gives you a good workout without as much stress and strain on joints and muscles. This sport combines elements of badminton, ping-pong, and tennis. It is played by many Seniors in retirement communities.
Come learn Morrison’s newest sport at the Kelly Park former tennis courts. New equipment arrived has arrived; signage is on order. A bench has been freshened, but spectators will want to bring a chair. Watching others play is almost as much fun as playing.
Attend the free Pickleball Clinic on Tuesday, July 30, 2019. Professional player Mike Shears will instruct. There are two sessions: 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
