July 8 Sheriff’s Office Report

These arrests are merely a chanrge, and he/she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

On 6-29-19 at 10:00 a.m., Andrew Ex, age 43 of Oak Park, IL, was stopped for Speeding 74/55 MPH on U. S. Route 30 near Fulton, IL.  He was cited for the speeding offense, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Expired Registration, then released on bond from the scene.

On 6-30-19 at 7:54 a.m., Brian A. Febbo, age 33 of Chicago, IL, was stopped on Interstate 88 for Speeding 87/70 MPH.  He was cited for the speeding offense and No Valid Driver’s License (Illinois Resident.)

 On 7-03-19 at 1:13 p.m., Kurtis A. Franks, age 37 of Franklin, TN, was cited for Speeding 102/70 MPH on Interstate 88 at milemarker 40.  He was released on bond pending a mandatory court date.

 On 7-03-19 at 3:00 p.m., LouAnn L. Garcia, age 71 of Sterling, IL, was stopped for No Seat Belt and cited for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.  She was released on bond from the scene.

On 7/4/19 at 12:50 p.m., Whiteside County Deputies responded to a single-vehicle roll-over accident on Springhill Road near Van Damme Road.  Upon further investigation, Billy D. Lane, age 32 of Prophetstown, IL, was arrested for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident and Driving Under the Influence.  Billy was transported to CGH Medical Center for further treatment.  Prophetstown Police, Prophetstown Fire, EMS, and Todd’s Towing assisted on scene.

On 7-07-19 at 12:20 a.m., Aaron C. Peavy, age 47 of Lyndon, IL, was stopped in Lyndon for an equipment violation.  Peavy was cited for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and released on bond from the scene.

On 7-04-19 at 3:05 p.m., Joel H. Hernandez, age 26 of Bridgeview, IL, was stopped for registration violations on Interstate 88 at milemarker 36.  He was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and released on an I-Bond, pending a future court date.

On 7-06-19 at 7:23 p.m., Rebecca A. Hanna, age 27 of Rockford, IL, was stopped on Interstate 88 at milemarker 36 for Speeding 86/70 MPH.  She was cited for speeding and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and released on bond from the scene.

On 7-07-19 at 12:35 a.m., a 17-year old Lyndon Male was stopped in Lyndon, IL,  for an equipment violation.  He was cited for No Valid Driver’s License (Graduated License Curfew Violation) and released on scene.  Passenger, Drew J. Rogers, age 18 also of Lyndon, was cited for Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol/Minor.  Drew was also released with a Notice to Appear.
