David Robinson, age 64, died Sunday June 2, 2019, at Morrison Community Hospital, Morrison, IL.
David was born on May 24, 1955, in Phoenix, AZ. He was the son of Donald and Colleen (Beer) Robinson. He married Mary Haggard on January 20, 1984, in Clinton, IA. David was employed as a Railroad Conductor with Union Pacific Railroad for over 30 years. He was a car and motorcycle enthusiast and a member of the Morrison Model Aircraft Club.
Survivors include, his wife Mary Robinson of Lyndon, IL; daughter, Ann Robinson (Hesam Tavakoli) of Oakland, CA; sister, Cathy (Rod) Kirby of Champaign, IL; brother, Doug Robinson of Springfield, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday on June 7, 2019, at Prophet Hills Country Club in Prophetstown, IL.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Arrangements were completed by the McDonald Funeral Home, Prophetstown, IL.
In lieu of flowers a memorial may be made to charity of your choice.
