June 3 Sheriff’s Office Arrest Report

These arrests are merely a charge, and he/she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

On 5-28-19 at 02:13 a.m., Nathan L. Sedig, age 32 of Sterling, IL, was stopped for Inoperative Rear Registration Light on U. S. Route 30, near the Moline Road intersection, Sterling.  Sedig was arrested for two counts of DUI and cited for Inoperative Rear Registration Light.  He was processed at the Sterling Police Department and released on bond.  Slim-n-Hank’s Towing assisted on scene.

On 5-31-19 at 9:04 p.m., Windy S. Lenox, age 46 of Port Byron, IL, was stopped on Interstate 88, near milemarker 16 (Erie, IL,) for no headlights when required.  She was ultimately arrested for two counts of DUI and cited for No Headlights When Required.  She was processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office and released on bond.  Slim-n-Hank’s Towing assisted on scene.

On 6-01-19 at 03:17 a.m., Adriana L. Smith, age 21 of Erie, IL, was stopped on Albany and Star Road, rural Erie, for a stop sign violation.  Smith was arrested for two counts of DUI and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.  Midwest Towing assisted on scene.

On 6-01-19 at 5:39 p.m., Katlyn T. Garcia, age 26 of Morrison, IL, was stopped in Morrison for no seat belt.  She was cited for No Seat Belt-Driver and Failure to Properly Secure Child Under 8 Years of Age.

On 6-01-19 at 6:30 p.m., Justin E. Page, age 39 of Morrison, IL, was arrested after Law Enforcement responded to his residence for a domestic situation.  Page was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail on charges:  Possession of a Firearm-FOID Denied, Possession of Ammunition-FOID Denied, Possession of a Firearm-No FOID, Possession of Ammunition-No FOID, Endangering the Life/Health of a Child, and Aggravated Assault.  Assisting Whiteside County Deputies were the Morrison Police Department, Prophetstown Police Department, and the Illinois State Police.

On 6-01-19 at 9:48 p.m., Deputies responded to a rural Fulton, IL, residence to remove unwanted subjects.  Eric S. Hayen, age 31 of Fulton, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.  Sara M. Lawrence, age 27 of Monroe, WI, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and an outstanding Wisconsin Department of Corrections Warrant.  Fulton Police and Morrison Police assisted on scene.

On 6/2/19 at 2:07 a.m., Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of W. Lincolnway and Emerson Road for speeding 60 MPH in a 45 MPH zone.  Upon further investigation, Max Goss, age 20 of Sterling, IL, was cited for Speeding and Zero Tolerance DUI.  Goss was transported to the Sterling Police Department for processing and was released with a future court date.  Slim-n-Hank’s assisted on scene.
