If the weather allows, the annual 10:30 a.m. Memorial Day Parade, on Main and Genesee Streets, and 11:00 Services, at the Veterans Memorial and Pavilion in Grove Hill Cemetery, will take place, Monday, May 27, 2019. At 9:00 a.m., according to James Prombo, if it is lightly sprinkling the parade and program will continue as planned. If it is raining, the event will be canceled. There is no plan to move the event indoors.
