Rock River Hospice & Home, a United Way Agency, along with CGH Medical Center, The Cornerstone Agency, Astec Mobile Screens, and Sterling Commercial Roofing, presents the 17th Annual RRHH Memorial Golf Outing, Friday, June 28, 2019, at Deer Valley Golf Club, Deer Grove, IL. Join Hospice for an afternoon of fun, food, and fellowship with other hospice supporters and golf enthusiasts or amateurs. All proceeds benefit hospice services for patients and families of Rock River Hospice & Home.
The scramble format will begin with registration starting at noon and a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m.
Registration is $75 per golfer and includes golf, cart, lunch, hole games, and awards. Sign up as an individual or with a foursome.
Maybe the sport of golf isn’t your “thing.” You can still participate, by donating to the outing as a sponsor or prize donor. All donations are welcome.
