The Annual K-12 Art Exhibit “Spring Into the Arts,” will transform Morrison Junior High, 300 Academic Drive, Morrison, IL, into a gallery and concert venue. Hundreds of student art pieces will be on display, featuring a wide variety of media. There is no fee.
Sponsored by Children’s Art Preservation Association (CAPA) and Morrison Community Unit School District #6 staff, this mass convergence of creativity will be displayed Saturday, May 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Sunday, May 19, hours are 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Special music will add to the enjoyment on Saturday, from 10:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Below are Miss Robinson’s 2018 fourth graders playing recorders.
