On 4-24-19 at 9:10 p.m., Aaron E. Sturtz, age 42 of Clinton, IA, was a passenger in a vehicle lawfully stopped by Deputies in Fulton, IL. During the stop, it was discovered that Sturtz had two outstanding warrants: Whiteside County for No Valid Driver’s License and Ogle County for Contempt-Failure to Appear, No Valid Driver’s License. Sturtz bonded on scene and was given future court dates.
On 4-26-19 at 2:29 a.m., Michael A. Schroeder, age 24 of Morrison, IL, was stopped in Morrison for an equipment violation. Schroeder was cited for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and released on bond.
On 4-26-19 at 3:30 a.m., Justin W. Ferguson, age 28 of Savanna, IL, was stopped on IL Route 84 near Fulton, IL, for an equipment violation. Ferguson was cited for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and released on bond.
