February 11 State Police Arrests

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Jerry A. Gendreau, 69, of Savanna, IL, was stopped for improper lane usage on 2/8/2019, at 9:19 p.m., on Main Street at Clay Street in Savanna.  He was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Improper Lane Usage, and No Rear Registration Plate Light.  Gendreau was released on an I-bond.

Lorenzo Garcia, 64, of Houston, TX, was stopped for improper lane usage on 2/10/2019, at 12:13 a.m., on Creston Road at Caron Road in Rochelle, IL.  He charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Failure to Carry Driver’s License on Person, Possession of a Fictitious License, and Improper Lane Usage.  Garcia was transported to the Ogle County Jail.

Selena J. Canas, 18, of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped for no turn signal on 2/10/2019, at 12:31 a.m., on 2nd Street at 1st Avenue in Rock Falls.  She was charged with Possession of 90 Grams of Cannabis, Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While License Suspended.  Canas was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.

Rodney Lemon, 30, of Middleton, WI, was stopped for speeding on 2/10/2019, at 10:23 p.m., on Interstate 39 northbound at milepost 106 in Ogle County.  He was wanted on a Boone County Warrant for Failure to Appear for Driving While License Revoked.  Lemon was also charged with Driving While License Revoked, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and No Registration.  Lemon was transported to the Ogle County Jail.
