Donald Czyzyk encourages area residents to “come support the thousands of lives saved,” at Happy Tails Humane Shelter, during three days of Gift and Bake Sales. Happy Tails is a limited-intake, no-kill facility that shelters/cares for stray/abandoned dogs and cats. The shelter is located at 1408 McNeil Road, in Rock Falls, IL.
Sales will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 18; Wednesday, December 19; Thursday, December 20.
The Mission of this not-for-profit organization “is to help sick, injured, abandoned, and unwanted animals, within the limits of our available resources; to seek suitable homes for animals without owners and to reunite lost animals with their owners; to educate the community in the humane treatment of animals and prevent cruelty that may be inflicted upon them.”
