Someone dropped this fringed, fleece cap out a car window, in March 2018.
It was found on a warm day in the middle of N. Madison Street, at the intersection with E. Main Street.
No one claimed it, in response to my earlier article.
With snow on the ground and temperatures in the low 30’s today, Friday, November 9, 2018, the time is apropos to let that parent know it is still available.
The striped cap is in the hall, outside thecity1.com office.
