On Friday, October 19, 2018, at 10:24 a.m., Whiteside County Sheriff Deputies worked with Fulton, IL, Police Department in making an arrest of Ronald L. Shambaugh, 55 years old of Morrison, IL. Shambaugh was wanted on a Whiteside County Warrant for Aggravated Fleeing from Police, with a bond set at $30,000 dollars. Deputies along with Fulton Police K-9 Unit went to a residence in rural Morrison and were able to locate Shambaugh. Shambaugh was taken into custody without incident and transported to Whiteside County Jail.
