Come and celebrate our artists. Be a part of Building the Big Picture, during The Loft on Main gala fundraiser. It will take place Saturday, October 20, 2018, from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. The auditorium of Morrison Institute of Technology, 701 Portland Avenue, Morrison, IL, will be transformed for a benefit gala.
Also during the evening, as donor envelopes are turned in, a 200-piece, black puzzle will be transformed, revealing a piece of original art.
Attendees will have a chance to donate by selecting a numbered envelope that will correlate with a dollar donation. There will be 200 envelopes numbered 1-200. For example, if you choose envelope is #10, that is the amount of money you will donate. You may take several numbered envelopes and their total is your donation.
Each envelope will represent a piece of our painting as we Build the Big Picture before your eyes. As guests return their envelope donation, corresponding puzzle pieces will be removed to reveal the underlying artwork.
The original piece of art will later be auctioned.
