Blackhawk Hills Regional Council will hold its annual Fall Summit on Friday, October 19, 2018, beginning at 9:00 a.m., at the Classic Cinemas-Lindo Theatre, located at 115 S. Chicago Avenue, in Freeport, IL. Registration begins at 8:30.
