Converse with five Democratic candidates running for election in the upcoming General Election, during an Ice Cream Social on Saturday, September 29, 2018. The meet-and-greet with dessert will take place at Whiteside County Democratic Organization Headquarters, 804 First Avenue, Rock Falls, IL.
Ice cream and desserts will be served at no charge, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
