Shortly after 4:00 p.m., Ben’s Barbershop owner Ben Witt was honored with the Chamber of Commerce Because Nice Matters award, on Tuesday, May 22, 2018. Witt has owned the business for two years, continuing the downtown tradition of Vogel’s barbershop. His attractive shop is located conveniently at 205 E. Main Street, Morrison, IL.
Hours are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Call 563-321-2685 for an appointment, but walk-ins are always welcome.

Witt was selected, “not because nice is easy, but because nice matters!” His nominator stated, “Ben takes the time with each customer, making you feel like the only one, and makes getting a haircut an experience. With children, he transforms them from scruffy to young man and is very patient.”
