St. Peter Lutheran Church will host a community blood drive from 3:15 to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2018. The drive will be held in Fellowship nHall, and is open to the public. All presenting donors will be given a voucher to order a “Give to Life” t-shirt as a thank you for donating blood.

Potential donors must be at least 17 years of age (16 with parental permission form available through the blood center) and weigh more than 110 pounds. A photo I.D> is required to donate. For questions about eligibility, please call the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center at 800-747-5401. Donors who last gave blood on or before Tuesday, March 27, 2018 are eligible to give at this drive.
Blood donation is a safe, simple procedure that takes about 45 minutes to one hour. Individuals with diabetes or controlled high blood pressure may be accepted as eligible donors.
Locally, Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center is the exclusive provider of blood and blood components to patients at Morrison Community Hospital, as well as hospitals in Clinton, Geneseo, and the Quad Cities.
