On 4-18-18 at 11:18 p.m., Whiteside County Deputies were dispatched to the area of Illinois Route 84 and Lock Road, for a single-vehicle accident. Investigation revealed a red Chevrolet Silverado driven by Shane V. Goodrich, 38, of Clinton, IA, was traveling southbound when he struck the guardrail. Shane was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and released on a Notice to Appear.
On 4-19-18 at 8:23 p.m., Whiteside County Deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of West Second Avenue, Lyndon, IL, for a report of shot fired. Investigation revealed Seth LV Jones, 34, of Lyndon, fired two shots into his own house. No other subjects were inside the house, and there were no injuries. Seth was arrested for Reckless Conduct and released after posting the required bond.
On 4-20-18 at 3:36 a.m., Whiteside County Deputies were dispatched to the area of Covell Road and Illinois Route 84, for a single-vehicle accident. Investigation revealed a grey Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Joshua A. Lewis, 25, of Fulton, IL, struck a guardrail. Joshua was transported to Mercy North for treatment. He was then arrested for Driving while Under the Influence of Alcohol and released on a Notice to Appear.
