Sheriff’s Office to Focus on Distracted Driving Violations

Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office is joining  forces with the Illinois Chiefs of Police, AAA, and Illinois High School and College Driver Education Association, who are coordinating the second annual Statewide “Distracted Driving Awareness Week,” Monday, April 23, through Friday, April 27, 2018.

During this time, Deputies will concentrate on Distracted Driving Violations throughout Whiteside County during their patrol assignments.

Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office will participate during this week to help reduce crashes, injuries, and death in Whiteside County associated with distracted driving.
