March 22 Illinois State Police Arrests

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Roger M. Stoddard, 25, of Savanna, IL, was stopped for improper lane usage on 3/19/2018 at 12:00 p.m., on U. S. Route 30 at Dakin Road, in Whiteside County and charged with Driving While License Suspended and Improper Lane Usage.  Stoddard was released on an I-bond.

Tony-James T. J. Vencato, 28, of Houghton, MI, was stopped for no seat belt on 3/19/2018 at 3:02 p.m., on Interstate 39 northbound at milepost 103, in Ogle County and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (heroin), Unlawful Possession of Hypodermic Needles, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Aggravated Driving Under the Influence, Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Driving While License Suspended, and Failure to Wear Seat Belt.  Vancato was transported to the Ogle County Jail.

Orenthio J. Robertson, 40, of Rock Island, IL, was stopped for improper lane usage and expired registration on 3/20/2018 at 1:43 p.m., on Interstate 88 westbound at milepost 26, in Whiteside County and charged with Driving While License Revoked, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Expired Registration, and Littering.  Robertson was released on an I-bond.

Cecilio Flores, 38, of Paw Paw, IL, was stopped after a routine registration check revealed the registered owner had a suspended driver’s license on 3/20/2018 at 6:14 p.m., on Grummon Street at Wiley Avenue in Paw Paw and charged with Driving While License Suspended.  Flores was released on an I-bond.
