March 12 Sheriff’s Office Report

These arrests are merely a charge, and he/she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

3-10-18 at 6:24 p.m.  Whiteside County Deputies responded to the report of a one vehicle roll-over crash on U. S. Route 30 near the Riverdale Road intersection.  During the investigation of the crash, it was determined the driver, Danielle C. Lawson, age 42 of Prophetstown, IL, was traveling east on U. S. Route 30, when she drove off of the roadway onto the gravel shoulder and lost control of her vehicle.  The vehicle eventually crashed in the ditch, where it rolled onto the driver’s side.  Lawson was assessed by EMS on scene and transported to CGH for observation.  While at the hospital she was arrested for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident and DUI.  Lawson was eventually released on a Notice to Appear.  Assisting on scene was Illinois State Police, Rock Falls Police, Rock Falls Fire, CGH Ambulance. and Williams’ Towing.

3-10-18 at 9:50 p.m.  Tyler R. Sullivan, age 22 of Algonquin, IL, was stopped for speeding on Interstate 88 near milemarker 18.  He was cited for Speeding 96/70 MPH and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.  Sullivan was released on bond without incident.

3-11-18 at 1:48 a.m.  Shane M. Williams, age 41 of DeWitt, IA, was stopped for speeding on U. S. Route 30 near Sand Road, rural Fulton, IL.  Williams was arrested for Speeding 65/55 MPH and two counts of DUI.  He was processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office and released on bond without incident.  Fulton Police and Midwest Towing assisted on scene.
