This year’s Morrison Community Hospital Auxiliary “Holiday Treasure and Bake Sale Fundraiser” will take place on Friday, December 8, 2017, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in the lobby at the hospital, 303 N. Jackson Street, Morrison, IL.
As in years past, we are asking people to donate delicious baked goods and/or new or gently-used items suitable for gift giving. Items may be delivered to the hospital on or before Thursday, December 7. Items will be priced on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The kindness and generosity in past years have allowed the Auxiliary to support the hospital and Morrison High School students in a variety of ways.
They include
- five $500 scholarships awarded annually to Morrison students pursuing a career in the medical field
- purchased of surgical tables for the Operating Room and recliners for the Medical/Surgical unit
- beautiful stone wall and custom-made sign on the Family Care Clinic exterior
- catering and dining supplies for the Dietary Department
- chairs for the Radiology Department and patient rooms on the Medical/Surgical floor.
Please consider donating some items to the sale or baked goods for people to enjoy. Come to the sale in the lobby of the hospital on Friday, December 8, between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
