Alice B. Decker-Houzenga, 89, of Morrison, IL, died Friday, November 17, 2017, at Resthave Home in Morrison.
Alice was born May 11, 1928, in Fulton, IL, to John C. and Minnie (Eissens) Wilkens. She attended Spring Valley School. Alice married Alfred Decker on June 5, 1946, in Fulton. He died January 1, 1993. She later married Clifford Houzenga on September 5, 1998, in Morrison. He died March 15, 2010. Alice was employed at General Electric in Morrison. She was a member of Ebenezer Reformed Church in Morrison and a member of the Recycled Teenagers Bowling Team.
Survivors include one daughter, Sharon (Ken) Kokott of Sterling, IL; six sons, Keith (Susan) Decker of Daytona, FL, Ronald (Toni) Decker of Morrison, Roger (Marilyn) Decker of Morrison, Jeffrey (Connie) Decker of Fulton, Joel (Brenda) Decker of Mt. Olive, IL, Robert (Jody Sanders) Decker of Orlando, FL; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; one sister, Eunice J. Miller of Dixon, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Alfred Decker; her second husband, Clifford Houzenga; two sisters, Inez Valk and Rena VanderEide; two brothers, Cornelius and Jay Wilkens.
FUNERAL SERVICE: 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at Ebenezer Reformed Church, Morrison, IL
