Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Monday, July 17, 2017.
Arrests: On Saturday, July 22, 2017, at approximately 2:08 a.m., Morrison Police responded to 107 E. Morris Street, Morrison, IL, regarding a fight between neighbors. As a result of the investigation, on Thursday, July 27, 2017, Nathan G. Shipley, age 34 of Morrison, was arrested and charged with Reckless Conduct. Shipley was escorted to the Whiteside County Jail.
