Starting Tuesday, August 1, and continuing through the end of October 2017, there will be a free produce stand for the public, in the empty lot north of First Presbyterian Church, 100 E. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL. Under a sun shade, food items will be available for the taking, every day, around the clock.
This is a place for people in our community to drop off excess, fresh produce, as well as a place for people to come by and pick up free produce.
So, if you have excess produce that is in good shape, or if you are looking for fresh garden produce, consider a stop at the Free Community Produce Stand. Bring bags to carry away the items.
