April 24 Sheriff’s Office Report

These arrests are merely a charge, and he/she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

4-23-17 at 12:10 a.m.  Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in rural Lyndon, IL, for a traffic violation. Upon further investigation, Amber M. Dennis, age 31 of Prophetstown, IL, was arrested for Improper Lane Usage and two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Dennis was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where she was processed and released with a Notice to Appear. The Prophetstown Police Department and Hunter’s Towing assisted on scene.

4-23-17 at 2:08 a.m.  Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in Morrison, IL, for a traffic violation. Upon further investigation, Michael L. Dalrymple, age 62 of Morrison, was arrested for two counts of Failure to Signal, Disobeying a Stop Sign, and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Dalrymple was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he was processed and released with a Notice to Appear. The Morrison Police Department and Hunter’s Towing assisted on scene.

4-23-17 at 7:00 p.m.  Brianca J. VerHoeven, age 23 of Fulton, IL, was stopped for speeding on U. S. Route 30 at Blue Goose Road. She was arrested for two counts of DUI and Speeding – 26 to 35 MPH over the posted speed limit. VerHoeven was processed at the Whiteside County Jail and released on bond, pending a future court appearance. Slim-n-Hank’s Towing assisted on scene.

4-23-17 at 8:39 p.m.  Whiteside County Deputies investigated a traffic incident in rural Fulton, IL. Upon further investigation, Tyler H. Stubblefield, age 28 of Rockford, IL, was arrested for Improper Lane Usage, two counts of Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Cannabis Less than 10 Grams – Civil, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Civil. Also, Nicholas W. McGrew, age 25 of Rockford, IL, was arrested for Unlawful Transportation of Alcohol and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Both Stubblefield and McGrew were transported to the Whiteside County Jail and processed. Stubblefield was released with a Notice to Appear, and McGrew was held in lieu of bond. The Fulton Police Department and Midwest Towing assisted on scene.

4-23-17 at 11:36 p.m.  Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in Morrison, IL, for a traffic violation. Upon further investigation, Nathan A. Fish, age 24 of Albany, IL, was arrested for Improper Lane Usage, Unlawful Transportation of Alcohol, and two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Fish was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he was processed and released with a Notice to Appear. The Morrison Police Department and Hunter’s Towing assisted on scene.

4-26-17 at 8:10 p.m.  A 17-year-old male from Tampico, IL, stopped for equipment violation in Lyndon, IL. He was cited for Graduated License Violation – Too Many Passengers and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Passenger Holden D. Kessel, age19 of Lyndon, received a civil citation for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

4-27-17 at 11:34 p.m.  Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in Tampico, IL, for a traffic violation. Upon further investigation, Chance A. Proper, age 18 of Sterling, IL, was arrested for Failure to Dim Headlights, Improper Lane Usage, Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, and three counts for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Once the investigation was complete, he was released with a Notice to Appear. Further charges are pending, once test results are received from the Illinois State Crime Lab. Williams’ Towing assisted on scene.
