This arrest is merely a charge, and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
On Friday, March 24, 2017, at approximately 4:00 p.m., Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dustin R. Zimmerman, 34 of Rock Falls, IL, at his residence, located in the 1500 block of E. Route 30, on a Whiteside County Warrant for Possession of Child Pornography. Bond was set at $200,000.
The warrant was issued on Zimmerman for 39 counts, Class X Felonies related to Child Pornography. Zimmerman was unable to post bond and is presently being held at the Whiteside County Jail.
