LarRene S. “Punk” Tompkins, 56, of Morrison, IL, died Thursday, March 23, 2017, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, IA
LarRene Sue Pape was born August 6, 1960, in Morrison, IL, the daughter of Larry and Irene (Housenga) Pape. She worked as a limo driver for R. C. Smith, Morrison; she was a member of Erie Christian Church. She was very talented and had several hobbies that she enjoyed. LarRene loved her dogs.
She is survived by her father and step-mother, Larry and Nancy Pape, Morrison; brother, Andy (Marlo) Pape, Morrison; sisters, Melanie (Edward) Weeks, Morrison, Lisa Picker, Council Bluffs, IA; step-sister, Jessie Harridge, Morrison; step-brother, Andrew (Leslie) Harridge, Morrison; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother and a nephew.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, March 27, 2017, at Erie Christian Church, Erie, IL.
Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., on Sunday, March 26, 2017, at Gibson–Bode Funeral Home, Erie, IL.
Burial will be in Grove Hill Cemetery, Morrison, IL.
Memorials may be made to the Tompkins Memorial Fund.
