American Legion Post 328 Commander Dale Usterbowski (right) presented the Certificate of Initiation into The American Legion to Legionnaire Larry Zuidema, left, on Monday, March 13, 2017, certifying participation in an Initiation of Veterans into membership in The American Legion.
Other Legionnaires presented but not available for photograph are Michael Allen, Phil Hamstra, Larissa Lewis, Kenneth Mahaffey, and John Martin.
The ceremony occurred during the 98th birthday of The American Legion. Membership totals 107, mostly from Morrison, IL, but area towns are represented.
