2016BaldDadMorrison High School, 643 Genesee Avenue, Morrison, IL, has been rocking around the clock since 1951.  This year, it is the new venue for St. Mary’s Community Father Daughter Dance, with the apropos theme “School House Rock.”  The 12th annual dance will be Saturday, April 8, 2017, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.  Dancing begins at 7:00.

Use the rear school parking lot and enter through the doors that pass by the pool.  Doors open at 6:30.

Over the years, huge success and growth of the Father Daughter Dances necessitated a larger facility.  The high school gymnasium offers plenty of room for girls of all ages and their male escorts to dance, socialize, or sit at tables.

All girls are admitted at no cost.  Male escorts pay $20.  The fee includes

  • a DJ
  • a complementary photograph by Steve Siefken
  • beverages
  • desserts.

There will be attractive raffle baskets for girls of all ages.  Tickets cost $1 for one; $5 for six; $10 for not-unlucky 13.

Plan to attend the Father Daughter Dance and enjoy the spacious new setting.
