These arrests are merely a charge, and he/she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
2-19-17 At just after 11:00 p.m., Sheriff’s Deputies were called to investigate a possible underage drinking party, in rural Sterling, IL. During the course of the investigation, the following six arrests were made:
two 16-year-old females from Dixon, IL, charged with Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor
17-year-old male from Dixon, IL, charged with Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor
17-year-old male from Sterling, IL, charged with Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor
16-year-old male from Sterling, IL, charged with Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor
16-year-old male from Crystal Lake, IL, charged with Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor.
The juveniles were charged and released to the custody of a parent or guardian.
The Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Illinois State Police.
