These arrests are merely a charge, and he/she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

2-26-17 at 3:20 a.m.  Harlie Mae Ritchie, age 20 of Mount Carroll, IL, was stopped for Improper Lane Usage on U. S. Route 30 west of Morrison, IL. She was arrested for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and released with a Promise to Comply.

2-25-17 at 11:55 p.m.  Pamela S. Silva, age 48 of Sterling, IL, was stopped for Improper Lane Usage on U. S. Route 30 west of Rock Falls, IL. She was arrested for two counts of DUI and Improper Lane Usage. She was processed at the Rock Falls Police Department and released on a Notice to Appear. Illinois State Police and Slim-n-Hank’s Towing assisted on scene.

2-25-17 at 10:28 p.m.  Jose A. Moreno, age 36 of Sterling, IL, was stopped on U. S. Route 30 near Galt Road for Speeding 70/55 MPH. He was arrested for Speeding, Disobeying Stop Sign, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Illegal Transportation of Medical Marijuana in a Motor Vehicle. Plus he was issued civil citations for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Moreno’s Illinois Driver’s License was posted as bond. Illinois State Police assisted on scene.

2-25-17 at 5:40 p.m.  Deputies conducted a traffic stop on U. S. Route 30 at Regan Road where Justin L. Westpfahl, age 24, of Sterling, IL, was arrested for Speeding 98 in a 55. He was issued a Notice to Appear and released from the scene.

2-25-17 at 2:17 a.m.  Whiteside County Deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash without injury on the 1st Avenue bridge, Sterling, IL, where a vehicle driven by Antonia M. Lewis, age 40 of Rock Falls, IL, lost control of her vehicle on the bridge surface and impacted the bridge rail. She was cited for Too Fast for Conditions and released with a Promise to Comply. Sterling Police and Slim-n-Hank’s Towing assisted on scene.

2-25-17 at 1:14 a.m.  Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the City of Rock Falls, IL. Upon further investigation, Jessica R. Pimental, age 56 of Kewanee, IL, was arrested for Driving without Headlights When Required, No Mud Flaps on a Division Two vehicle, and two counts of DUI. Pimental was transported to Rock Falls Police Department, where she was processed and released with a Notice to Appear. Rock Falls Police and Williams’s Towing assisted on scene.

2-24-17 at 11:25 p.m.  Dylan R. Devers, age 23 of Sterling, IL, was stopped in Como for Improper Lane Usage. He was arrested for DUI and Improper Lane Usage before processing at the Rock Falls Police Department. He was released with an I-Bond.  Slim-n-Hank’s Towing assisted on scene.

2-22-17 at 12:11 a.m.  Valerie J. Schick, age 52 of Dixon, IL, was stopped on U. S. Route 30 near White Oaks Drive for speeding. She was arrested for Expired Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. She posted a Promise to Comply for bond and was released also with a written warning for Speeding, No Driver’s License on Person, and Too Fast for Conditions.

2-20-17 at 10:10 p.m.  Whiteside County Sheriff’s Deputies were investigating a suspicious vehicle in rural Fulton, IL. Mary J. Block, age 61 of Morrison, IL, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was transported and held at Whiteside County Jail. Fulton Police and Midwest Collision assisted on scene.
