Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, February 3, 2017.
Arrests: On Friday, February 3, 2017, at approximately 12:30 p.m., Morrison Police responded to the Morrison High School regarding a fight. As a result of the investigation, Morrison Police issued City Ordinance citations for Public Fighting to two male juveniles, both age 17 and of Morrison. The fine for Public Fighting is $500. The case is also being referred to Whiteside County Juvenile Court Services for their review.
The following Citations were issued: None.
The public is reminded that these are merely charges and all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
