11-08-16 at 11:00 p.m. Colton J. Zigler, age 21 of Sterling, IL, was arrested after a traffic stop for speeding on Dixon Avenue, Rock Falls, IL. Colton was arrested for Speeding 64/40 MPH, two Counts of DUI, and Driving While License Revoked. There are more charges pending but, he was processed at the Rock Falls Police Department and released on bond. Slim-n-Hank’s Towing assisted on scene.
11-10-16 at 10:40 p.m. A 16-year-old Rock Falls, IL, Male was stopped on Dixon Avenue for speeding. He was arrested for Speeding 57/40 MPH and No Valid Driver’s License – Graduated License Curfew Violation.
11-10-16 at 11:05 p.m. Ryan A. Tebbe, age 27 of Chicago, IL, was arrested for No Valid Driver’s License (failed to obtain Illinois Driver’s License after establishing residence greater than 45 days), following a traffic stop on Interstate 88 near milemarker 36. He received a written warning for Failure to Signal as well.
11-14-16 at 11:48 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies responded to a call at 10086 Landmark Drive in Rock Falls, IL, for a Domestic Disturbance. Upon further investigation, David R. Cochran, age 41 of Rock Falls, was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Battery – Strangulation and Domestic Battery. Once in custody, Cochran was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he was processed and held in lieu of bond.
11-18-16 at 1:15 p.m. Dylan T. Hythecker, age 19 of Fenton, IL, was arrested at his residence on a Whiteside County Warrant for DUI – Drugs. He was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail without incident.
11-18-16 at 4:30 p.m. Jorge Jimenez, age 36 of Des Plaines, IL, was arrested on Interstate 88 near milemarker 40, following a citizen report of a possibly impaired driver. Jimenez was arrested for two counts of DUI, Driving While License Suspended, Aggravated DUI, and a Lee County Warrant for Failure to Appear DUI. He was processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office and held on felony charges. Illinois State Police assisted on scene.
11-20-16 at 7:05 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies responded to assist Morrison Police with a subject that was passed out in his vehicle after crashing into a parked vehicle on E. Main Street, Morrison, IL. Deputies arrested Julian I. Martin, age 21 of Erie, IL, for two counts of DUI. He was processed at the Whiteside County Jail and released on bond. Morrison Police handled the crash portion.
11-20-16 at 11:52 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies responded to a call of an Illegal Burning Complaint. Upon further investigation, Blake D. Ready, age 21 of Sterling, IL, was arrested for Violation of the Open Burn Act. Blake was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he was processed and released with a Notice to Appear.
11-20-16 at 3:44 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Rock Falls, IL, area. Upon further investigation, a juvenile, age 17 of Sterling, iL, was issued a citation for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Avoiding a Traffic Control Device. The juvenile was released on scene with a Notice to Appear. Rock Falls Police Department assisted on scene.
