10-07-16 at 2:30 p.m. Benjamin Jefferson, age 26 of Clinton, IA, was arrested at a rural Fulton, IL, address for a Carroll County Warrant. He was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail in lieu of bond.
10-07-16 at 5:10 p.m. Eric J. Ramsey, age 30 of Geneseo, IL, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Operating a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration in Prophetstown, IL. He was processed and released at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office.
10-12-16 at 5:54 a.m. Cody J. Macans, age 25 of Fulton, IL, was arrested on Hillside Road at U. S. Route 30 for a Henry County Warrant for Failure to Appear – Burglary, as well as a Rock Island County Warrant for Theft. He was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail without incident.
10-12-16 at 10:10 a.m. John W. Hutchison, age 30 of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped on U. S. Route 30 east of Rock Falls for defective exhaust. He was given a written warning for the defective exhaust and then arrested on a Henry County Warrant for Failure to Appear – Domestic Battery. Hutchison was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail. Tampico Police and Williams’ Towing assisted on scene.
10-18-16 at 2:05 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies were called to a disturbance in rural Rock Falls, IL. Upon further investigation, Jasen M. Bell, age 34 of Janesville, WI, was arrested for an outstanding Winnebago County Warrant for Domestic Battery. Bell was transported to the Whiteside County Jail and held in lieu of bond. Rock Falls Police Department and Sterling Police Department assisted on scene.
10-18-16 at 4:35 a.m. Vanessa L. Delgado, age 28 of Sterling, IL, was stopped for Improper Lane usage on Interstate 88 at milepost 33, following a concerned citizen’s report of a reckless driver. She was arrested for Improper Lane Usage and two counts of DUI. She was processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office and released on bond. Slim-n-Hank’s Towing assisted on scene.
10-18-16 at 8:40 p.m. Gregory A. Combs, age 65 of Lyndon, IL, was stopped in Lyndon for Improper Lane Usage, Failure to Signal, and an equipment violation. Combs was arrested for the Improper Lane Usage and two counts of DUI, processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office, and released on bond. Hunter’s Towing assisted on scene.
10-21-16 at 7:10 p.m. Scott E. Howard, age 42 of Morrison, IL, was arrested on two warrants, Whiteside County for Failure to Appear – Operating an Uninsured Motor vehicle and Ogle County – Contempt of Court. He was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail without incident.
10-22-16 at 12:58 a.m. April L. White, age 33 of Camanche, IA, was stopped on IL Route 84 at Garden Plain for an equipment violation. It was determined that White was wanted on a Rock Island County Warrant for Failure to Appear – Driving While License Suspended. She posted bond on scene and was issued a written warning for the equipment violation.
10-22-16 at 2:43 a.m. Jason A. Kilgore, age 24 of Clinton, IA, was stopped for speeding on IL Route 84 north of Fulton, IL, and arrested on a Whiteside County Warrant for Failure to Pay/Appear, Driving While License Suspended. Kilgore was remanded at the Whiteside County Jail. Fulton Police and Midwest Collision assisted on scene.
10-22-16 at 7:44 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in rural Morrison, IL. Upon further investigation, Devionce L. Gogins, age 22 of Clinton, IA, was arrested for Improper Lane Usage, an outstanding Whiteside County Warrant – Driving While License Revoked and Driving While License Revoked. Additionally, Jermany R. Boyd, age 23 of Chicago, IL, was arrested for Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis Less than 10 Grams – Civil and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Civil. Gogins and Boyd were transported to the Whiteside County Jail where they were processed and released after posting bond. The Morrison Police Department, Illinois State Police and Rick’s Towing assisted on scene.
10-23-16 at 4:09 a.m. Evan D. Brown, age 29 of Prophetstown, IL, was stopped for an equipment violation in Sterling, IL, and arrested for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. A Promise to Comply was signed.
10-23-16 at 7:46 p.m. Kevin C. Anderson, age 36 of Naperville, IL, was stopped for speeding 83/70 MPH on Interstate 88 at milepost 36. Besides the speeding offense, he was cited for No Valid Illinois Driver’s License. A Promise to Comply was signed.
10-23-16 at 8:10 p.m. Reginald K. Walton, age 27 of Milwaukee, WI, was arrested for Speeding 83/70 MPH and DUI – Cannabis on Interstate 88 at milepost 40. He was processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office and released on bond, pending a future court date. Rock Falls Police and Williams’ Towing assisted on scene.
10-24-16 at 12:54 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies assisted the Sterling Police Department in the area of 3rd Avenue and East 14th Street. Upon further investigation, Nathan M. Wolf, age 21 of Eau Claire, WI, was arrested on an outstanding Wisconsin of Department of Corrections Warrant for a Parole Violation. Wolf was transported to the Whiteside County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
