Preregister the children for the Chamber of Commerce Hallowe’en Parade and Costume Contest, on Saturday, October 29, 2106. The annual event runs from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30.
Lineup will begin at 12:30, at Community State Bank, 220 E. Main Street, Morrison, IL. Treat bags will be given to the first 250 registered children. The seasonal parade starts at 1:00 and proceeds west on Main Street to the Post Office.
Judges awards will be announced for age levels and group entrants.
From 2:00 to 3:30 individual or group photographs will be taken, courtesy of U. S. Cellular. They can be picked up starting Monday, October 31, at 9:00 a.m., at the business location, 606 E. Lincolnway (next to McDonald’s.).
