08-29-16 at 3:10 a.m. Joshua F. Judd, age 29 of McCausland, IA, was stopped in Fulton, IL, for an equipment
violation. He subsequently was arrested for No Valid Driver’s License and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. Judd was bonded on scene also, with a written warning for the equipment violation. His passenger, Ashily L. Hicks, age 22 of Fulton, was cited for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol as well. Fulton Police and Midwest Collision assisted at the scene.
08-28-16 at 3:39 a.m. Steven C. McNitt, age 65 of Thomson, IL, was stopped on IL Route 84 near Fulton, IL, for Failure to Use Turn Signal. He was cited for Expired Registration Sticker and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, with a written warning for the turn signal violations. McNitt was bonded on scene.
08-28-16 at 12:43 a.m. Paige N. Erickson, age 21 of Lyndon, IL, was stopped on IL Route 78 outside Lyndon for speeding. She was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Speeding 76/55 MPH. Erickson was bonded from the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office after processing. Hunter’s Towing assisted on scene.
08-27-16 at 11:33 p.m. Jason A. Prendergast, age 30 of Dixon, IL, was stopped on U. S. Route 30 west of Morrison, IL, for speeding. Jason was arrested for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle with a written warning for the speeding offense. He was bonded on scene.
08-27-16 at 10:54 p.m. Kera T. Sechrest, age 28 of Fulton, IL, was stopped for an equipment violation just north of Albany, IL, on IL Route 84. She was arrested for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle with a written warning for the equipment violation. She was bonded on scene.
08-27-16 at 6:49 p.m. Matthew Gary Jenson, age 32 of Bettendorf, IA, was stopped on IL Route 78 near Black Road for speeding. He was arrested for Speeding 71/55 MPH and Expired Registration Sticker.
08-27-16 at 3:18 a.m. Joshua A Matney, age 36 of Hoopole, IL, was stopped in Lyndon, IL, for equipment violations. He was arrested for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and issued a written warning for the equipment violations.
08-27-16 at 2:38 a.m. Timothy L. Spitzer, age 53 of Morrison, IL, was stopped on IL Route 78 near Rock Road for an equipment violation. He was arrested for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and released on scene.
08-27-16 at 2:00 a.m. Patrick A. Taylor, age 22 of Lyndon, IL, was arrested on IL Route 78 at Bunker Hill Road for Failure to Pay/Appear DUI. He was transported to the Whiteside County Jail and held on bond.
8-27-16 at 1:49 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Sterling, IL, area for a traffic violation. Upon further investigation, Sara A. Heald, age 34 of Rock Falls,IL, was arrested for Disobeying a Stop Sign, Speeding, Resisting a Peace Officer, and two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Heald was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where she was processed and released with a Notice to Appear. The Sterling Police Department and Slim-N-Hank’s assisted on scene.
08-26-16 at 11:13 p.m. Bradly S. Huizenga, age 27 of Morrison, IL, was stopped following a citizen complaint of reckless driving, on Fenton Road south of Garden Plain Road. Bradly was subsequently arrested for two counts of DUI, processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office, and released on bond. Morrison Police and Rick’s Towing assisted on scene.
08-26-16 at 7:10 p.m. Shamonique Liquonne Huff, age 20 of Clinton, IA, was stopped for speeding on U. S. Route 30 east of Morrison, IL. She was arrested for Speeding 74/55 MPH, No Valid Driver’s License, and Failure to Properly Secure Child Under 8. She was processed and released from the Whiteside County Jail. 08-23-16 at 11:23 p.m. A 17-year-old Clinton, IA, male stopped for equipment violation rural Fulton, IL. He was arrested for No Valid Driver’s License with a written warning.
08-23-16 at 7:51 p.m. Nima Shahidinia, age 27 of Falls Church, VA, was arrested for Speeding 104/70 MPH on Interstate 88 near milemarker 23. He was bonded on scene and released.
