Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, May 27, 2016.
Arrests: On Friday, June 3, 2016, at approximately 2:45 p.m., Morrison Police arrested Douglas A. Alcala, age 32 of Morrison, IL, charging Alcala with Violation Order of Protection, a Class 4 Felony. The arrest is the result of the Morrison Police, while on patrol, observing the protected persons of the Order of Protection at the residence of, and with, Alcala. Alcala was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
