City of Morrison, IL, Administrator Barry Dykhuizen added a comment about the Home Business Ordinance.
“We are going to be reviewing the statute over the next few months, to make sure it is up-to-date and reflects a modern, common sense attempt, to allow residents to have a very limited business enterprise in their home. According the Morrison Code of Ordinances: A home occupation is the operation of a one-person, non-retail, business offering personal or professional service”.
