First Presbyterian Church will host a sealed-bid auction of fixtures, doors, flooring, appliances, and other usable materials, to be taken from the house at 308 N. Genesee Street, Morrison, IL, on Saturday, May 14, 2016, from
8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Among the items for sale are a newer furnace; newer water heater; dishwasher; vanities; original wood trim, windows and flooring; air conditioner; cabinets; and much more.
The contents can be viewed by appointment, prior to the sealed-bid auction, by calling Greg Kruse, at 815-772-8254.
On May 14, buyers are welcome to view the interior, beginning at 8:00 a.m., and provide written, sealed bids on items of interest. The final sealed bids on any items will be accepted at 2:00 p.m. Telephone bids will be accepted, during the bidding period only, by calling 779-245-3287.
Payment forms accepted will be cash, check, and money order.
Winning bidders will be notified by or before Friday, May 20. Materials purchased must be removed by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 31.
