Kevin P. Perrizo, age 62, of Morrison, IL, ended his earthly pilgimage on Thursday, March 10, 2016, at OSF St. Frances Medical Center, Peoria, IL, from complications from H1N1 flu.
Kevin was born on April 1, 1953, in Minneapolis, MN. He spent his career working in the title industry, most recently for Greater Illinois Title Company of Chicago, IL. He worked from his home in Morrison as a Commercial Title Examiner.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia (Zmrhal); sons Nathanael (Lindsay), Aidan, and Alexander; former wife, Faith (Crook); sister, Leslie; niece, Meaghan; grandchildren, Ashlyn and Evan.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 31, 2016, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, Morrison, IL.
The Requiem Mass will be Friday, April 1, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, Morrison, IL, with Fr. James Clement celebrating.
Interment will be at Church of the Ascension, 1133 N. LaSalle Boulevard, Chicago, IL.
