Overlanders Mud Club will host the final race/bog of the year featuring 4×4 off-road racing on Saturday, October 3, 2015. The location is the Bike Barn, 13524 Black Road, Morrison, IL. There will be mud bog races and mud drag races.
The “bog race” includes an area of deep mud for trucks to drive through. Normally the driver who goes the longest distance is the winner. A “drag race” is 160 feet of less-deep mud. Trucks are timed as they work through it.
Registration starts at 10:00 a.m. with competition beginning at 12:30 p.m.
“Anyone is welcome to enter their 4×4 vehicle,” stated Sam Iambasio. “We have all classes of trucks, from stock to Open Blower cars.”
The gate fee is $10 per person, with children age 10 and under admitted free. There will be food to purchase.
