Master Gardeners will hold a Spring Bargain Plant Sale this year. The event is Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Cattail Park, in Fulton, IL. Follow 8th Avenue north, out of town, toward the Golf Course. Doors open at 8:00 a.m., and the sale ends at noon.
How does the Plant Sale work? You dig up your excess and crowded plants and bubs. Bring them to Cattail Park on Friday, May 13, between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. Master Gardeners will divide and repackage plants for resale.
Stock up for your garden areas. Most plants are priced at $2 and up.
Proceeds from the sale will benefit beautification of the Windmill area.

Recently, Fulton Master Gardeners installed shade-loving plants, domestic and natural, at the Heritage Canyon millpond. They will return in late May, to see the Spring ephemerals next door, at Andresen Nature Center. The public can see the gardeners’ works during Dutch Days, Saturday, May 7, from10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
