Bethesda Lutheran Church–301 W. South Street, will have Candlelight service on Christmas Eve, Saturday, December 24, at 6:00 p.m. This service will be filled with carols, and Bethesda Sr. Choir will provide special music. Sunday, December 25, the Christmas service is at 9:00 a.m.
Brethren in Christ Church–209 E. Knox Street, will have Candlelight Christmas Eve service Saturday, December 24, at 7:00 p.m., with a variety of special music. Sunday, December 25, Christmas service is at 10:00 a.m. All are welcome to attend.
Crossroads Community Church–201 W. Market Street, will have two Candlelight Christmas Eve services on Saturday, December 24, at 3:30 and 5:00 p.m., weather permitting. A Sunday, Christmas Day service will begin at 10:00 a.m. online.
Ebenezer Reformed Church–309 E. Park Street, will have a Candlelight Christmas Eve service Saturday, December 24, at 6:00 p.m., with a message. Christmas Day service, Sunday, December 25, will be at 9:30 a.m.
Emmanuel Church–202 E. Morris Street, will have a Candlelight Christmas Eve service Saturday, December 24, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., with organ music, special music, and familiar carols. Nursery service will not be available. The Sunday, Christmas Day service begins at 9:00 a.m., with carol singing, choir music, and a message by Pastor Luke. Nursery service will be available. On Sunday, January 1, 2023, a continental breakfast will be served in the gym, with a brief message, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
First Presbyterian Church–100 E. Lincolnway, will have a short Christmas Eve service, at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, December 24, with a children’s pageant. Kingdom Life Community Church–11429 Ward Road, will have a Candlelight Midnight Christmas Eve service on Saturday, December 24, from 11:59 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, Christmas Day. There will be a brief message and carol singing.
Morrison Christian Church–201 S. Genesee Street, will have a Christmas Day service with Holy Communion on Sunday, December 25, at 10:00 a.m.
Morrison Christian Reformed Church–303 W. South Street, will have a Christmas service on Sunday, December 25, at 10:00 a.m.
Morrison First Baptist Church–406 E. Maple Avenue, will not hold services.
Morrison United Methodist Church–200 W. Lincolnway, will hold a Candlelight Christmas Eve service on Saturday, December 24, at 6:00 p.m. Featured are scripture lessons, readers, carols, and musicians playing Christmas songs. Refreshments will follow. At 9:00 a.m., Sunday, December 25, “Carol Sing Sunday,” will include a short service, followed by fellowship. Everyone may come in their pajamas, and children may bring a toy. New Year’s Sunday, January 1, 2023, is a Reaffirmation of the Baptismal Covenant and Communion service. It begins at 9:00 a.m. The contemporary service “Quest” will be on Wednesday, December 28, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Our Savior Lutheran Church–21496 Hazel Road, will hold a Candlelight Christmas Eve service Saturday, December 24, at 6:00 p.m. The service is a hymn sing with a short message.
Church of Saint Anne Episcopal–401 N. Cherry Street, Church of Saint Anne Episcopal will be celebrating The Nativity of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with two masses. Christmas Eve, Saturday, December 24, at 4:00 p.m. will be a Low Mass, The Nativity of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Christmas Day, Sunday, December 25, at 9:30 a.m. will be a Mass with music in the Church, The Nativity of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
St. Mary Catholic Church–13320 Garden Plain Road, will hold Christmas Eve Vigil Mass on Saturday, December 24, at 5:30 p.m. Later, at 11:30 caroling will take place prior to Midnight Mass. On Sunday, December 25, the Nativity of the Lord Christmas Day Mass starts at 10:00 a.m. All masses offer Holy communion.
St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church LCMS–601 N. Jackson Street, will hold Saturday, December 24, Candlelight Christmas Eve worship at 7:00 p.m. On Monday, December 25, the Christmas Day service starts at 9:30 a.m.
Spring Valley Reformed Church–10960 Spring Valley Road, will have Candlelight Christmas Eve service on Saturday, December 24, at 6:00 p.m. Organ music will accompany carols, and the Worship Team will play.
