Kiwanis/MHS Key Club Egg Hunt, Kiwanis Park, 700 block of N. Genesee Street: The Annual Kiwanis Easter Egg Hunt will be held at Kiwanis Park, for all area children two-through-nine, on Saturday, March 31. There are four age groups: two and under; three and four; five and six; seven-to-nine. A firetruck will deliver the Easter Bunny to the park at 9:45 a.m. There will be a brief opportunity to capture a photo before egg-gathering begins at 10:00. Bring a container and, if desired, a means to take photos. Non-sugar treats can be substituted after the egg hunt. Before leaving, please empty the gathered eggs to check for prize notes. Return the empty eggs to Kiwanis containers, for recycling next year.
Pleasant View Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, 500 N. Jackson Street: The annual Pleasant View Easter Egg Hunt is on Saturday, March 24, beginning at 1:00 p.m., for all area children 12-years-old and under. There will be four age groups: three and under; four-to-six; seven-to-nine; ten-to-12. Bikes will be awarded to winners in the 4-to-6 age group; all other winners will receive baskets. The Easter Bunny will be available for photographs. Adults can enjoy a Bake Sale and 50/50 Raffle, to enrich the facility and the activities program for residents.
Spring Valley Reformed Church, 10960 Spring Valley Road: Spring Valley Reformed Church will host the annual Easter Egg Hunt for all area children up to ten years old, on Saturday, March 24. The rain date is Saturday, April 7. Games and prizes begin at 1:00 p.m., and the hunts start at 1:30. There will be areas set up for four different age groups.
Windsor Manor Assisted Living Community, 403 Scenic Street: The annual Windsor Manor Easter Egg Hunt is on Thursday, March 29, beginning at 4:00 p.m., for all area children ten-years-old and under. There will be three age groups: zero-to-two; three-to-six; seven-to-ten. The youngest children will hunt inside the facility. The two older groups will search outside, in the courtyard. Two bikes will be awarded to winners in each age group. The Easter Bunny will be available for your photographs.
